Airport transfer can be arranged by the hotel and or guests can catch a taxi (taxi rank is present at the airport). Phuket International Airport is located 30 minutes from the resort.
Allow minimum 2 hours prior to checking into an international flight and 1 hour prior to checking into a domestic flight.

The beach is only 150 m, or a 3 mins walk
Room rate do not include 18.7% taxes & service charge, accommodation tax applicable to all room nights. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.
Cancellation policy is outlined in the confirmation letter sent by our Reservations department.
Period Cancellation Policy:
- 21 Apr – 31 Oct: Within 7 days prior of arrival, 50% charges applies
- 1 Nov – 23 Dec: Within 14 days of arrival, 50% charges applies
- 24 Dec – 8 Jan: Within 30 days of arrival, 50% charges applies
- 9 Jan – 28 Feb: Within 21 days of arrival, 50% charges applies
- 1 Mar – 20 Apr: Within 14 days of arrival, 50% charges applies
Major credit or debit cards are accepted for room deposits.
If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a debit card/credit card, the financial institution that issued the card will typically place a hold on funds equal to the total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax, mandatory cleaning charge, and other related expenses. The financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. OUTRIGGER is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.

A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Full pre-payment of room and tax for entire stay required within 24 hours of booking through payment link. Reservation is not guaranteed without a full pre-payment and will be automatically cancelled from the system. No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications.
5 rooms and above are considered as a group booking. To inquire about any group bookings, please contact hotel reservation team directly at reservations.surin@outrigger.com. Public rates/cancellation policies are not applicable for group booking.
