Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) per room, per night, for 2 persons.

Family Plan
No additional charge for children 11 years and younger sharing accommodations with parents in existing beds.

Additional Persons
1,053 THB per night plus taxes & service charge will be charged for each additional person 12 years or older.

Superior Room - 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child
Superior Pool View Room - 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child
Deluxe Pool Access - 2 adults
Surin Studio Balcony - 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children
Plunge Pool Suite - 2 adults
Grand Surin Suite - 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children

Taxes
Room rate do not include 18.7% taxes & service charge, accommodation tax applicable to all room nights. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Advance Purchase Offers
Full pre-payment of room and tax for entire stay required within 24 hours of booking through payment link. Reservation is not guaranteed without a full pre-payment and will be automatically cancelled from the system. No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications.

Deposit Policy
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card. Major credit are accepted.

Using a credit card for deposit or payment
If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a credit card, the financial institution that issued the card will typically place a hold on funds equal to the total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax, mandatory cleaning charge, and other related expenses. The financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. Outrigger is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.
