Private transfer:

• Maximum capacity: 10 persons
• Service hours: 06:00 – 16:00
• Includes direct pickup/drop-off from Phuket Airport or any hotel in Phuket.

It is recommended to arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure for international flights and 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.  

Yes, our final reservation confirmation is inclusive of all taxes.  

Guests aged 0–3.99 years are considered infants, 4–11.99 years are children, and guests aged 12 years and above are classified as adults.

5 rooms and above are considered a group.  

All major credit cards and cash are accepted.

Cancellation policy varies depending on the rate plan and season. Below are cancellation policies for Flexible rate bookings: 

1 Nov - 20 Dec  

A fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation will be charged if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival. 

21 Dec - 10 Jan  

50% of the total reservation will be charged if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival.  

11 Jan - 20 Apr  

50% of the total reservation will be charged if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival. 

21 Apr - 31 Oct  

50% of the total reservation will be charged if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival. 

The minimum check-in age is 18 years old when not accompanied by parents/guardians.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or VCC.
