Traveling to Hawaii
For the safety and well-being of both residents and guests, the State of Hawaii has established a multi-layer testing and screening process for all incoming travelers. Before traveling to Hawaii - we strongly recommend that all travelers visit Hawaii’s official tourism website GoHawaii.com for the most current, up-to-date information and travel procedures. - Pre-Travel Testing: this program enables travelers to avoid a mandatory 10-day quarantine if they are tested no earlier than 72-hours before their flight arrives with an FDA-authorized nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) from the state of Hawaii’s Trusted Testing and Travel Partners list and show proof of a negative test result upon arrival. No testing will be provided upon arrival at the airport.
- Safe Travels Program: all travelers coming into the state are required to register and complete the online Safe Travels Program form. Save time during your arrival screening process by completing it no sooner than 24-hours before you depart at: https://travel.hawaii.gov.
Safe Travels Hawaii
For the safety and well-being of both residents and guests, the State of Hawaii has developed the Safe Travel Hawaii program to welcome visitors to the state while still preventing the spread of COVID-19 to our islands.
Pre-Travel Testing
Avoid the 14-day quarantine by getting tested no earlier than 72-hours before your flight arrives with an FDA-authorized COVID-19 test from one of the state of Hawaii’s Trusted Testing and Travel Partners.
Travel Registration
All travelers coming into the state are required to register and complete the online Safe Travels Program form. Save time during your arrival screening process by completing it no sooner than 24-hours before you depart.
At-Home Tests
Vault Health provides at-home tests with real-time audio-visual supervision are available with Vault Health, the first FDA-authorized saliva test. Tests available for ages five and older. Tests are mailed with accurate results in 72 hours or less.

Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible for The Outrigger Promise, travelers must book a minimum four-night stay at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort or Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger only through the following channels: directly at Outrigger.com or by calling 1-866-256-8461 within the booking window of Feb. 4, 2021 through May 1, 2021 for stays within the period of March 1, 2021 through Dec. 21, 2021.
- Following their vacation with Outrigger, if the guest feels that The Outrigger Promise has not been met, they must call an Outrigger representative at: 1-866-956-8461 no later than December 21, 2021 to receive a night credit for a future stay.
- The guest will be credited for the same property, same room category, and no more than the original number of days stayed, up to 14 days.
- Blackout dates may apply.
- Redemption of the credit to be used no later than Dec. 21, 2022 and applies to room rate only; it does not include any other costs, such as travel, COVID-19 testing, taxes or resort charge which will be the responsibility of the guest.
- This limited-time offer may only be redeemed once.
