Guest Parking
Guest self-parking 35 USD or valet parking at Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort 40 USD plus taxes per car for 24 hours. Parking is based on space availability and is not guaranteed.

Mandatory Departure Cleaning Costs and Optional Housekeeping Service Costs
A Mandatory Departure Cleaning Cost will be added to room cost at check-out as follows.  Costs are per stay, per condo unit, plus taxes.
2019 fees:
Applies to travel from January 1, 2019 through June 14, 2019:
225 USD for 1 Bedroom
275 USD for 2 Bedroom
2020 fees:
Applies to new bookings made from June 15, 2019 for travel from June 15, 2019 onward:
250 USD for 1 Bedroom
300 USD for 2 Bedroom
Optional Housekeeping Service Costs will be added to room cost at check-out.

Taxes
Room rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Deposit  and Cancellation Policy
Applies to dates of arrival January 1 - December 21. A deposit of the 1 nights' room rate plus taxes is required at time of booking. If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit of the 1st nights’ room rate plus taxes will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, deposit of 1st nights’ room rate plus taxes will be retained.

Holiday Prepayment and Cancellation Policy
Applies to dates of arrival December 22 – 31. Full prepayment of room rate and taxes for a guest’s entire stay is required at time of booking. In the event of any cancellation the prepayment will be retained except that any Transient Accommodations Tax will be refunded to guest.

Using a debit card/credit card for deposit or payment
If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a debit card/credit card, the financial institution that issued the card will typically place a hold on funds equal to the total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax, mandatory cleaning charge, and other related expenses. The financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. Outrigger is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.
