Room Rates
Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for 2 persons.
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Family Plan
No additional charge for children 17 years and younger sharing accommodations with parents in existing beds. No additional charge for children up to 2 years in crib.

Additional Persons
40 USD per night will be charged for each additional person 18 years or older

Maximum room capacities are as follows:
Economy - 2 persons
Pool View - 4 persons
Waikiki View - 4 persons
Studio Kitchenette - 2 persons
1 Bedroom - 2 persons + 2 children on sofa
2 Bedroom - 4 persons + 2 children on sofa

Guest Parking
Limited self-parking for guests 35 USD for 24 hours. 1 car per room. Parking is based on space availability and is not guaranteed.

Taxes
Room rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 10.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax.  Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Daily Resort Charge
A charge of 22.00 USD (11.00 USD for Hawaii residents) per day, per room, plus taxes will be added at check-out.

Advance Purchase Offers
Credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee room and tax for entire stay. Cancellations within 14-days of arrival are subject to full stay charge of room and tax.

Deposit Policy
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Using a debit card/credit card for deposit or payment
If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a debit card/credit card, the financial institution that issued the card will typically place a hold on funds equal to the total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax and other related expenses. The financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. Outrigger is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.

Cancellation Policy
Jan 2 - Dec 23: A reservation must be cancelled 24-hours of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 night room rate plus taxes.
Dec 24 - Jan 1: A reservation must be cancelled 72-hours or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of one nights room rate plus taxes.
