Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for 2 persons for these room categories:
Studio Suite
1 Bedroom Suite

Room rates are quoted for 4 persons for these room categories:
2 Bedroom Suite

Room rates are quoted for 6 persons for these room categories:
3 Bedroom Suite
Alii Suite
Piilani Suite
Kamehameha Suite

Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, gratuities, or resort fee.

Additional Persons
35 USD additional charge for each additional person (ages 17 and over).

Daily Resort Charge
A Daily Resort Charge of 35 USD will be added to room cost at departure.  Resort Fee is per night, per condo unit, plus taxes. 

Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 10.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes are added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Advance Purchase Offers
Full pre-payment of room and tax for entire stay will be charged to a registered guest's credit card within 24 hours of booking.  No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications. 

Deposit  and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of the first 2 nights' room rate plus taxes is required at time of booking.  Major credit or debit cards are accepted for room deposits.Cancellations must be received by 5 PM HST 21 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty resulting in forfeiture of the entire deposit amount. Reservations will not be considered cancelled until a cancellation number has been obtained from the hotel's reservations department.

Holiday Prepayment and Cancellation Policy
Applies to dates of arrival December 24, 2020 – January 2, 2021,  December 24, 2021 - January 2, 2022. Full prepayment and/or cancellation is required by November 1 by 5 PM HST.  Late cancellations, no shows and early check outs will be penalized for the full stay plus applicable taxes.

Using a debit card/credit card for deposit or payment
If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a debit card/credit card, the financial institution that issued the card will typically place a hold on funds equal to the total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax, resort fee and other related expenses. The financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. Outrigger is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.
