Room Rates
Room rates are quoted in Fijian Dollars (FJD) on a per room basis unless otherwise indicated.
Room rates apply to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children for all room and bure categories. 2 adults and 3 children in suite category.
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

A child is 12 years or younger unless otherwise indicated

Room Capacity
Maximum capacity for all room and bure categories is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children 12 years or younger.
Maximum capacity for suite category is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children 12 years and younger.

Extra Bedding
Rollaway single beds are 60 FJD plus taxes per night.

9% Value Added Tax, 6% Service Turnover Tax, and 10% Environment and Climate Levy will be added to total charges at check-out.
Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Advance Purchase Offers
Full pre-payment of room and tax for entire stay will be charged to a registered guest's credit card within 24 hours of booking.  No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications. 

Deposit Policy
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or debit card. A credit/debit card is not charged until check-out. Major credit cards are accepted. A 3% administrative fee applies when payment is made by credit or debit card (excludes local debit/credit cards).

Using a debit card/credit card for deposit or payment
If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a debit card/credit card, the resort will transact a pre-authorization on the card to ensure validity of payment. This will place a hold on funds equal to the anticipated total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax and other related expenses. The card’s issuing financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. Outrigger is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 1 night's accommodation plus taxes and fees will be charged. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival and all no-shows will be charged for the full stay up to a maximum of 3 nights plus taxes and fees. Guests that are no-show and check in after their scheduled arrival date will be charged accommodations plus taxes and fees for all nights that the room was booked but not occupied.

Check-out 11 am
Early check-in is subject to availability on day of arrival. To guarantee early check-in, the room or bure must be booked for the previous night.
Late check-out up to 6 pm will be charged at 50% of the full category contract daily rate. After 6 pm a full night rate will be charged.
