• ^{Marau hourly package is based on a minimum of 3 hours of booking.}
• ^{Meimei services is a full day at 8 hours.}
• ^{Minimum 24 hours cancelation notice is required or a one day fee will be charged to your room account.}
• ^{Meimei Services Options:
       0900 - 1700
       1300 - 2100
       0900 - 1300 & 1700 - 2100
       1000 - 1400 & 1800 - 2200}
• ^{Overtime for Meimei Nanny’s Services is only available through prior arrangement with Management with a minimum 24 hours advance notice. Additional fees apply.}
• ^{All Meimei Attendants are entitled to a 30 minutes meal break after 4 hours. Meimei services will arrange a replacement attendant during all breaks.}
• ^{Meimei services apply a Child Minding Ratio:
       6 months - 2 years (inclusive) = 1 Meimei staff per child
       3 years - 12 years (inclusive) = 1 Meimei staff per 2 children
       Maximum 2 children per Meimei}
• ^{The Resort reserves the right to change Meimei staff without notice.}
• ^{All children meals selections must be made by parents, Meimei Attendants will assist with the supervision of the meals.} 
• ^{Meimei Attendants are not permitted to take children out of the hotel property.}
• ^{Meimei services “off property” authorization by prior senior “Management” approval only.}
• ^{Guests will be responsible for all costs incurred by Meimei attendant/s. Attendants require meal and break period. An Off Premise Excursion.}
• ^{Form is required to be fully completed prior to Management approval.}
• ^{Meimei services provide a range of activities toys / games.}
• ^{Children from the ages of 3 - 12 years can also attend the Kids Club Activities but must be registered upon arrival by their parent.}
• ^{Meimei Attendants are not permitted to take children swimming in the pool or ocean. In the event of a Nanny becoming ill or unable to continue working, every eort will be made to replace the Nanny with another member of the team. In the event a replacement is not available a full day refund will be credited to the guest room account.}
• ^{Contact details of parents must be available to Meimei at all times.}
• ^{Meimei attendants are not permitted to administer medication.}
• ^{Meimei attendants are not permitted to assess medical conditions.}
• ^{A minimum of 4 hours booking is required for the Marau hourly booking.}
• ^{Subject to availability.}
