    What Green Key represents

    Green Key is an international eco-label managed by the Foundation for Environmental Education, an independent global charity dedicated to sustainable development. Today, more than 7,900 tourism establishments across 90 countries hold Green Key certification, placing Castaway Island, Fiji among a global community of leaders in responsible tourism.

    The program focuses on measurable performance in areas including water and energy conservation, waste management, environmentally responsible operations and sustainability education for staff, guests and suppliers.
