Kolea x OUTRIGGER Pickleball Open Giveaway

1.    PROMOTION PERIOD
The KŌLEA X OUTRIGGER PICKLEBALL OPEN GIVEAWAY (the “Promotion” or “Giveaway”) begins on October 24, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. Hawaiʻi Standard Time (“HST”) and ends on October 26, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. HST (the “Promotion Period”).

2.    ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to all residents and all ages. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Kōlea and OUTRIGGER (the “Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such individual, whether related or not, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.    HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, visit the Kōlea tent at the OUTRIGGER Pickleball Open and complete the official entry form. Submit the form in the designated entry box at the tent.
ENTRY LIMIT: One (1) entry per person for the Promotion Period. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4.    RANDOM DRAWING
A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 27, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5.    WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winner(s) will be notified by phone or email using the information provided on the entry form. If a winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. 

6.    PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a prize package consisting of:

• OUTRIGGER Swag Bag
• One-night Gift Certificate for a Stay at the OUTRIGGER Kona
• One (1) six-pack of each Kōlea Sparkling Hop Water flavor
• Kōlea Cooler
• Kōlea Towel
• Kōlea Hat

7.    The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total prize package is $500 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8.    RELEASE & PUBLICITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize. Except where prohibited, entry and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9.    GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other causes impair its integrity or proper functioning.

10.    GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. By entering, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hawaiʻi.
