There is an ATM on property located on the 1st floor next to the Ginger Meeting Room.

Beach
The beach fronting our resort is secluded and ideal for on-shore activities. However, swimming isn't recommended due to strong currents and a lack of lifeguards.

The closest swimmable beach is Lydgate Beach Park, just a short 5-minute drive from our resort.

Housekeeping

To support our sustainability efforts, housekeeping service is based on the length of your stay.

Stays of 1–3 nights - Light Service

Towels, trash removal, amenities, and service available upon request

Stays of 4 nights or more - Standard Service

Arrival Day: Essentials available upon request
Days 2–3: Light service (towels refreshed, trash removed, amenities replenished, bed made)
Day 4: Full service (complete cleaning and linen change)
This service cycle repeats for the duration of your stay. Service  hours are 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

For towels or amenities after 3:30pm or to request a preferred service time, please dial “0” for Guest Services.

If you would wish to have towels and amenities delivered to your room after 3:30 pm or prefer a specific time for servicing your room, please dial "0" for Guest Services, and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Ice machines & water stations
The ice machines are located near the elevator on each floor of Building 1 and Building 2, and on the 3rd and 4th floor in Building 2. FloWater filtered water refill stations are located in Building 1 on the first floor next to the ice machine, and in Building 2 on the 5th floor.

Parking
Self-parking and valet charge for guests is $29 plus tax per vehicle per night. 

Resort Charge
A charge of $35 USD plus tax per day, per room will be added to room charges at check-out.*
