The heat is on at Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort’s amazing Blue Fire Grill. The restaurant is fired-up with savory influences from around the world; surf-and-turf takes on an entirely new flavor spectrum with entrees and mains that dazzle.

Start with the Duck Spring Roll and zesty mango salsa or Pan Seared Duck Foie Gras, an elegant presentation glazed with a blueberry reduction.

Then jump right in to the robust grill selection. Share a hearty 500-gram Chateaubriand or full Rack of Lamb. Sample the African-inspired spicy Chicken Peri Peri, or American-style Sticky Slow Cooked Pork Ribs broiled for a taste-tempting 12 hours of barbecued goodness. Cheesy baked New Zealand Mussels and grilled Phuket Lobster headline a diverse seafood selection. Each main is accompanied by one or two sides and a choice of the chef’s special sauces that brighten smoky flavors. The sauces are a rich medley of traditional and local seasonings: Blue Cheese Butter; Mushroom Thyme & Beef Jus; Classic Bearnaise; Thai Jim-Jeal with lime, tamarind and chili. Pair them all with recommendations from our impressive international wine list.

Save room for dessert, perhaps a lovely Crepe Suzette, Chocolate Lava Cake, or Mango and Coconut Pannacotta with espresso or lemongrass tea.
