Retail Leasing and Management
Outrigger Enterprises Group is Hawaii’s largest dedicated resort retail leasing and management team that oversees 365,000 square feet/33,900 square meters of retail space in Hawaii.

Retail Development
In 2007, Outrigger Enterprises Group opened Waikiki Beach Walk®, a US$535 million mixed-use development, the largest development project in Waikiki’s history. This visionary project brought together private industry, government and the community to revitalize a key section of Waikiki. Waikiki Beach Walk® is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2008 International Council of Shopping Centers’ International Development and Design Award.
