A location must be confirmed 90 days prior to the ceremony. Seating capacity is based on location selection. Wedding packages cannot be combined with other offers and are subject to availability and change. Restrictions may apply. Taxes are not included.

Obtaining a Marriage License in Hawaii
Eligibility
Prospective bride and groom must be 18 years or age or older.
Couple must be one male and one female.
Application Procedure
Bride and groom must apply for a marriage license together, in-person at the government office noted below.
Valid photo identification for showing date of birth is required for each person.
If the bride or groom was divorced within the previous 12 months, the original divorce decree must be presented.
The couple to be married must complete the Marriage License Application in full, jointly. The form must be signed in the presence of a designated Marriage License Agent at the licensing office.
Couples must provide a telephone number in Kona where they can be reached.
The marriage license fee is 60 USD payable at time of application.
The marriage license is issued when an application is made and is valid anywhere in the State of Hawaii for 30 days.
