Rates are subject to 18.7% VAT, Provincial Tax and service charge.
New Year's Eve Compulsory Dinner Fee
Guests whose stay dates include New Year's Eve will be charged as follows for the resort's compulsory Gala Dinner:
December 31: 4,500 THB per adult and 2,250 THB per child 4-11 years
Gala Dinner rates are subject to 17.7% VAT and service charge.
Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. A non-refundable deposit is required as follows:
Peak Season December 20 - January 7: 50% deposit at time of cooking and remaining 50% within 45 days prior to arrival date.
High Season January 8 - April 30 and November 1 - December 19: 1 night room rate deposit.
Low Season May 1 - October 31: 1 night room rate deposit.
Deposit will be charged to guest's valid credit card within 24 hours of booking.
Using a debit card/credit card for deposit or payment
If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a debit card/credit card, the financial institution that issued the card will typically place a hold on funds equal to the total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax and other related expenses. The financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. Outrigger is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.
Advance Purchase Offers
Full pre-payment of room and tax for the entire stay will be charged to a registered guest's valid credit card within 24 hours of booking. No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications.
Room deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than:
45 days during Peak Season: December 20 - January 7
30 days during High Season: January 8 - April 30 and November 1 - December 19
7 days during Low Season: May 1 - October 31

Early Departure Policy
An extra night charge will be applied for reservations during January 8 - December 19
Total reservation charge will be applied for reservations during December 20 - January 7
Failure to arrive for a reservation that is not cancelled will result in the following charges per room:
Peak Season December 20 - January 7: 100% of reservation
High Season January 8 - April 30 and November 1 - December 19: 1 night room rate
Low Season May 1 - October 31: 1 night room rate
Check-in 2 pm. A valid passport or photo identification is required at check-in.
