Serviced room rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) per room, for 2 persons, for these room categories:

Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, or gratuities.

Family Plan
Cot/bed hire charges apply to children up to 2 years.  Additional person charges apply to children 3 years and older.  Hotel Studio and Harbour Hotel Room cannot accommodate a crib or cot.

Additional Persons
35 AUD per night will be charged for each additional person for 1 Bedroom Apartment and 2 Bedroom Apartment
55 AUD per night will be charged for each additional person for Hotel Studio, Harbour Tower Hotel Room, and Deluxe Room

Advance Purchase Offers
Full pre-payment of room and tax for the entire stay will be charged to a registered guest's credit card within 24 hours of booking.  No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications.  Rates are not commissionable.

A deposit of 1 night's room rate paid by credit card on booking or by bank cheque within 48 hours of booking is required to confirm a reservation.  Full payment of total room cost is required on arrival.

A deposit of 1 night's room rate paid by credit card on booking or by bank cheque within 48 hours of booking is required to confirm a reservation.  Full payment of total room cost is required 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Low season
April 1, 2014 - June 4, 2014
June 10, 2014 - December 23, 2014
January 5, 2014 - March 31, 2015

An adminstration fee equal to 5% of the total room cost will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date.
A cancellation fee of 1 night's room rate will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 6 days or less prior to the arrival date.
A cancellation fee of 1 night's room rate will be charged if a guest does not arrive for a confirmed reservation.

High season
June 5 - 9, 2014
December 24, 2014 - January 4, 2015

A cancellation fee equal to the total room cost for all nights booked will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 13 days or less prior to the arrival date.
A cancellation fee equal to the total room cost for all nights booked will be charged if a guest does not arrive for a confirmed reservation.

Please note that when cancellation is necessary due to extenuating circumstances beyond a guest's control, fees may be waived at the hotel general manager's discretion.  Documentation of the circumstance will be required.

Pre-Authorisations:
A 100 AUD minimum credit card pre-authorisation or 100 AUD cash bond is required at check-in for incidental charges.  Unused funds from credit card pre-authorisations will clear within 10 business days.
