Family Plan

Tax and Fee
Rates are subject to 18.7% tax and service fee.

New Year's Eve Compulsory Dinner Fee
Guests whose stay dates include New Year's Eve will be charged as follows for the resort's compulsory Gala Dinner on December 31: 
5,000 THB per adult
2,500 THB per child 4-11 years
Prices do not include tax and service fee.

Reservation Guarantee
Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Please note that a credit card used to guarantee a reservation is not charged until check-out, except for advance purchase offers.

Advance Purchase Offers
Full pre-payment of room and tax for the entire stay will be charged to a registered guest's credit card within 24 hours of booking.  No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows per room:
Peak season December 21 - January 10:  2 nights room rate for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival
High season January 11 - March 31 and November 1 - December 20:  1 night room rate for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival
Low season April 1 - October 31:  1 night room rate for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival

No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a reservation that is not cancelled will result in the following charges per room:
Peak season December 21 - January 10:  100% of reservation
High season:  January 11 - March 31 and November 1 - December 20:  50% of reservation
Low season April 1 - October 31:  1 night room rate

Check-in from 3 pm.  Passport or photo identification required at check-in.
Check-out 11 am
Late check-out is subject to charge
