Family Plan:
No additional charge for children 12 years and younger sharing accommodations with parents in existing beds. No additional charge for children up to 2 years in crib.
Additional Persons:
1,500 THB per night will be charged for each additional person.
Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacities are as follows:
2 Bedroom Villa - 6 persons
3 Bedroom Pool Villa - 9 persons
4 Bedroom Pool Villa - 12 persons
Minimum Night Stay:
None
Tax and Fee:
Rates are subject to 18.7% tax and service fee.
Reservation Guarantee:
Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Please note that a credit card used to guarantee a reservation is not charged until check-out.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows per room.
Peak season: Equal to 2 nights for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival
High season: Equal to 1 night for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival
Low season: Equal to 1 night for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a reservation that is not cancelled will result in the following fees per room.
Peak season: Equal to the full stay
High season: Equal to 50% of the full stay
Low season: Equal to 1 night
Rate Seasons
Peak season: December 20, 2009 - January 10, 2010
High season: November 1, 2009 - December 19, 2009 and January 11, 2010 - April 15, 2010
Low season: April 16, 2010 - October 21, 2010
