The resort’s signature beach bar experience, Bar Bleu offers an inviting place to relax poolside or on the beach with a creative cocktail, smoothie, or even champagne. Pizza, a unique hot dog menu, and American pancakes in the afternoon make this a one-of-a-kind bar at Bel Ombre. The evening brings live creole jazz and sega rhythms to spice up the night.

The Plantation Club offers a French Colonial atmosphere with a wine room for exclusive tastings and tea library celebrating the island's tea culture. The Club's private pool and outdoor lounge are perfect for relaxed reflection in a garden overlooking sugar cane fields and nearby mountains.
During the day, The Plantation Club is reserved for guests staying in Suites or the Beachfront Villa. Guests can enjoy breakfast with sparkling wine, all-day hot and chilled beverages, traditional afternoon tea with cakes, and a daily cocktail hour.
In the evening, The Plantation Club becomes a restaurant serving modern Mauritian cuisine. Beef tartar and oysters from south Mauritius, lamb neck braised in Phoenix beer with spicy tomato, goat cheese and Lapsang Souchong tea juice and pan-seared red drum fish are just some of the selections from the creative menu. Butcher Pascal’s masterful slow-cooked pork neck with local vanilla puree, glazed raisin, and star anise sauce is also available.
The Club's unique Saturday Brunch is an epicurean delight. A set price entitles diners to an unlimited, incomparable a la carte menu. Oysters with Horseradish and Passion Fruit and Lobster with Curry and Coconut Espuma are just a sampling of the array of entrees and desserts that change monthly. A signature mojito is followed by free-flowing champagne and wine selections. Live jazz completes the experience.
