3 Bedroom Penthouse

Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, or gratuities.

Rates are converted from U.S. Dollars (USD) to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at check-out.

Family Plan
No additional charge for children 12 years and younger sharing accommodations with parents in existing beds. No additional charge for children up to 2 years in crib.

Additional Persons
50 USD per night will be charged for each additional person (55 USD per night effective April 1, 2012)

Rates subject to 11% government tax and 10% service fee

Deposit Policy
A deposit of 1 night's room rate charged in local currency (IDR) to a valid credit card on the day of booking is required to confirm a reservation.  Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Low season
January 5 – March 31
April 1 – June 30
October 1 – December 22

A cancellation fee of 1 night’s room rate will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 3 days or less prior to the arrival date.

High Season
July 1 – September 30
A cancellation fee of 1 night’s room rate will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the arrival date.

Peak season
December 23 - January 4

A cancellation fee of 1 night’s room rate will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date.  If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the total room cost for all nights booked will be charged.

Failure to cancel
If a guest does not arrive for a confirmed reservation and does not cancel the reservation the total room cost for all nights booked will be charged.

Early departure 
If a guest departs prior to the scheduled departure date the room cost for all remaining nights booked will be charged.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in 2 pm
Check-out 12 pm
Late check-out is subject to charge
