Cooking styles range from teppanyaki to Asian and European preparation styles.  Signature menu items include seafood bisque, caramelized scallops with cauliflower puree and a beetroot and horseradish dip, lightly battered calamari and warm Bedugul strawberries in balsamic syrup with honeycomb ice cream.

THE DECK Fish & Chips is popular to fish and chips devotees from Kuta to Seminyak.  Enjoy the classic takeaway fish and chips menu, which also includes burgers, salads, sushi and lobster rolls.  Only the freshest fish and ingredients from local markets are used daily here.
