Beautifully upgraded! Every Gold Villa improves on the Standard Villa experience with a remodeled kitchen, refreshed entertaining and dining areas, and redesigned bedrooms and baths. If you’re looking for Kapalua Resort’s finest condo accommodations, choose a Gold Villa!
Locations: Oceanfront, ridge top with ocean or partial ocean views, and fairway view settings along the Bay Golf Course
Features: Individually designed 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom villas

Standard Villas
These extra-spacious condos (1 bedroom villa is 1,200 square feet) are comfortably furnished, with a full kitchen and selection of view options. Are you a couple who cherishes privacy? An active family desiring togetherness with breathing room? You’ll feel right at home in a Standard Villa.

Take the Kapalua Resort exit turning left onto Office Road
Turn right onto Village Road

Head downhill on Akahele St toward Highway 30
Turn right onto Highway 30 then drive 2.9 miles
