Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for four persons for these room categories:
1 Bedroom Garden Villa
1 Bedroom Ocean View Villa
Room rates are quoted for six persons for these room categories:
2 Bedroom Garden Villa
2 Bedroom Garden Villa Deluxe
2 Bedroom Ocean View Villa
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Additional Persons:
No additional person charge.
Additional charges apply for rollaway bed or crib at 15 USD per night, or 70 USD per week. Limit of one rollaway bed or crib in any unit.

Maximum room capacities are as follows:
1 Bedroom Garden Villa -- 4 persons
1 Bedroom Ocean View Villa -- 4 persons
2 Bedroom Garden Villa -- 6 persons
2 Bedroom Garden Villa Deluxe -- 6 persons
2 Bedroom Ocean View Villa -- 6 persons
Please note that room capacities include adults, children and infants.

Minimum Night Stay:
Two-night minimum stay required year round.
Three-night minimum stay required December 22 - January 4.

Taxes:
Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Transient Accommodations Tax increases to 8.25% on July 1, 2009 and 9.25% on July 1, 2010. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Deposit Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A credit card is not charged until check-out. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate plus tax.

Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Applies to dates of stay December 22, 2009 - January 4, 2010. A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of 2 nights room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A reservation must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival for full refund of deposit.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in 3 pm
Check-out 12 noon
Late check-out is subject to charge.
