Room Rates:
Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for two persons, for these room categories:
Garden View Studio
Ocean View Studio
Oceanfront Studio
Room rates are quoted for four persons for these room categories:
1 Bedroom Garden View
1 Bedroom Ocean View
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Family Plan:
No additional charge for children 17 years and younger sharing accommodations with parents in existing beds.

Additional Persons:
20 USD per night will be charged for each additional person 18 years or older.
Additional charges apply for rollaway bed or crib at 15 USD per night.

Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacities are as follows:
Garden View Studio -- 3 persons
Ocean View Studio -- 3 persons
Oceanfront Studio -- 3 persons
1 Bedroom Garden View -- 4 persons
1 Bedroom Ocean View -- 4 persons

Minimum Night Stay:
Three-night minimum stay required December 22 - January 4.

Taxes:
Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Transient Accommodations Tax increases to 8.25% on July 1, 2009 and 9.25% on July 1, 2010. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Deposit Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A credit card is not charged until check-out. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate plus tax.

Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Applies to dates of stay December 22, 2009 - January 4, 2010. A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of 2 nights room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A reservation must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival for full refund of deposit.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in 3 pm
Check-out 12 noon
Late check-out is subject to charge.
Replacing lost guest room key is 35 USD.
