Keahole-Kona Airport to Outrigger Condominium Collection Guest Reception

  • Leaving Keahole-Kona airport, at the traffic light turn left onto Highway 19.
  • Drive north for about 18 miles.
  • Turn left at traffic light on to Waikoloa Beach Drive heading toward the ocean.
  • At the second stop sign, turn right into Kings' Shops and park in the parking lot.
  • The Outrigger Condominium Collection Guest Reception is located on the 2nd level of building B, suite B-13.

Room Rates:
Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for four persons for this room category:
2 Bedroom 2 Bath Golf View
2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Golf View Deluxe
2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Pool View Deluxe
Room rates are quoted for six persons for these room categories:
3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Golf View
3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Pool View
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Additional Persons:
No additional person charge.
Additional charges apply for rollaway bed and crib.

Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacities are as follows:
2 Bedroom 2 Bath Golf View -- 4 persons
2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Golf View Deluxe -- 4 persons
2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Pool View Deluxe -- 4 persons
3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Golf View -- 6 persons

Minimum Night Stay:
Three-night minimum stay required through December 21, 2008 and January 5 - December 21, 2009. Four-night minimum stay required December 22, 2008 - January 4, 2009.

Taxes:
Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Transient Accommodations Tax increases to 8.25% on July 1, 2009 and 9.25% on July 1, 2010. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Deposit Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card. Full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notification must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations within the 30 days are subject to full forfeiture. If the unit can be re-rented for the same dates of stay, prepayments will be refunded to the extent that the unit can be re-rented. Airline employees are not exempt from cancellation policies.

Christmas Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card. Full prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. A reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. If a unit can be re-rented for the same dates of stay, prepayment refunds will be prorated.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in 3 pm
Check-out 12 noon
Late check-out is subject to charge.
