Outrigger on the Lagoon • Fiji is 80 km/48 miles, a one-hour drive, from Nadi International Airport (NAN). Transportation is available from Nadi via private car, taxi, or motor coach for a fee. Helicopter transfer to and from Nadi Airport and most island resorts is also available.

Outrigger on the Lagoon • Fiji is situated the heart of the Coral Coast on the main island of Viti Levu. It is a five-minute drive from the resort to duty-free shopping in the town of Sigatoka.

Reservation Policies

Room Rates
Room rates are quoted in Fijian Dollars (FJD) on a per room basis unless otherwise indicated.
Room rates apply to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children 12 years and younger for all room, suite, and bure categories.
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Children
A child is 12 years or younger unless otherwise indicated

Room Capacity
Maximum capacity for all room, suite, and bure categories is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children 12 years or younger.

Extra Bedding
Rollaway single beds are 24 FJD plus 12.5% Value Added Tax plus 5% Hotel Turnover Tax per night.

Taxes
Room rates do not include Fijian Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other goverment surcharges. 12.5% VAT (15% VAT starting January 1, 2011) and 5% Hotel Turnover Tax will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Deposit Policy
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card. A credit card is not charged until check-out. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 1 night's accommodation plus taxes and fees will be charged. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival and all no-shows will be charged for the full stay up to a maximum of 3 nights plus taxes and fees. Guests that are no-show and check in after their scheduled arrival date will be charged accommodations plus taxes and fees for all nights that the room was booked but not occupied.

Early check-in is subject to availability on day of arrival. To guarantee early check-in, the room or bure must be booked for the previous night.
Late check-out up to 6 pm will be charged at 50% of the full category contract daily rate. After 6 pm a full night rate will be charged.
