Room Rates:
Serviced room rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) per room, for two persons, for these room categories:
Hotel Room
Deluxe
1 Bedroom
Room rates are quoted for four persons for this room category:
2 Bedroom
Room rates are quoted for six persons for these room categories:
3 Bedroom
Penthouse

Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, or gratuities.

Family Plan:
Child policy: Up to 2 years inclusive cot/bed hire charges apply. 3-14 years inclusive additional person charges apply. Hotel Rooms cannot accommodate a crib or cot.

Additional Persons:
30 AUD per night will be charged for each additional person.

Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacities are as follows:
Hotel Room - 2 persons. Crib or cot not allowed.
Deluxe - 4 persons
1 Bedroom - 3 persons
2 Bedroom - 5 persons
3 Bedroom - 7 persons
Penthouse - 7 persons

Minimum Night Stay:
3 night minimum from December 24 - January 10

Taxes:
No taxes apply.

Deposit Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card. A credit card will be charged on check in, as we require full pre-payment prior to checking into the resort. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation must be cancelled 24 hours or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 night room rate plus tax.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in from 2 pm
Check-out 10 am
Late check-out is subject to charge.
