An adminstration fee equal to 5% of the total room cost will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date.
A cancellation fee of 1 night's room rate will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 6 days or less prior to the arrival date.
A cancellation fee equal to the total room cost for all nights booked will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the arrival date.
A cancellation fee equal to the total room cost for all nights booked will be charged if a guest does not arrive for a confirmed reservation.

High season
September 20, 2013 - October 6, 2013
October 25, 2013 - October 27, 2013
November 1, 2013 - November 3, 2013

Please note that when cancellation is necessary due to extenuating circumstances beyond a guest's control, fees may be waived at the hotel general manager's discretion.  Documentation of the circumstance will be required.

Pre-Authorisations
A 100 AUD minimum credit card pre-authorisation or 100 AUD cash bond is required at check-in for incidental charges.  Unused funds from credit card pre-authorisations will clear within 10 business days.

Room Allocations
Please note that every effort is made to fulfill a request for a particular guest room.  However, availability may be restricted due to owner bookings, regulatory requirements, room inventory, and maintenance.  Advance booking does not affect room allocation.
