Also, once you do enter your letters/numbers, it seems to take a while for the system to process them. This is where I have to ask for your patience. Take a sip of coffee. Check your Facebook page. Make a play on Words with Friends. By then, your comment should have published. You'll know when you see the box with the message, "Mahalo for submitting your comment. We appreciate your feedback."
I know; it's annoying. Technology can be that way. But I do so greatly appreciate your comments, so please don't let this stop you. Our web people are aware of the bug; it's on their list.
