WAIKIKI, OAHU - The Wyland Waikiki is the official hotel sponsor of Podcamp Hawaii taking place at the Hawaii Convention Center, October 24-25, 2008, and is offering attendees a special "unconference" rate of $109/night.
To book this rate, attendees need to contact the The Wyland Waikiki Sales Department directly at 808-954-4031 and ask for the "Podcamp" rates which include free Internet access in all guest rooms, WiFi in all public areas of the hotel, use of the Business Center with two iMac computers with free printing, and free local and long distance phone calls. The special rate will also be honored for stays up to five days prior and after the conference dates of October 24-25.
Podcamp Hawaii is a free "unconference" for Hawaii, U.S., and Pacific Rim organizations and individuals interested in podcasting, blogging, and creating new media for the Internet. The event focuses on learning, networking, and technology presented by experts from around the world, local bloggers, and local podcasters alike.
