Outrigger Reef on the Beach and Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach have teamed with Chef Chai to offer specialty catering for corporate events, weddings, and social functions held at these hotels. Inspired by the sensational offerings of his award-winning restaurants, Chai's Island Bistro and Singha Thai Cuisine, Chef Chai has created menus for formal dining and casual receptions.
Four- and five-course dinner menus feature exquisite preparations of fresh local seafood and poultry, Kobe Beef, and organically farmed produce. Suggested wine parings are included.
Savory buffet menus are complete with hot and cold appetizers, a variety of entrees, and selection of imaginative desserts.
Served appetizers and sumptuous pupu menus showcase Chef Chai's culinary creativity including favorites Crispy Duck Lumpia with Hoisin Sauce and Fresh Tomato Mango Salsa, and Kataifi and Macadamia Nut Encrusted Jumbo BlackTiger Prawns.
Catering services include silverware, table linens and experienced wait staff. On-site preparation by Chef Chai can also be arranged. Tax and 20% gratuity are added at time of service.
